Installation
A customer service representative will be in contact with you once your order is received to discuss the installation process further, the installation process may require a site survey. A fee applies for the installation and possibly the site survey, which will be discussed.
A guide to standard installation fees at heights no greater than 15ft:
Leinster: €80.00
Munster: €200.00
Connacht: €200.00
Ulster: €200.00

(a) A site survey is required prior to any installation date. (b) External installations are subject to weather and hire equipment availability. (c) Sign A Rama cannot complete signage at a height greater than 15ft without suitable height equipment. (d) We would ask that all obstructions are removed in advance of our fitters agreed arrival. (e) Where hire equipment is required, if arranged by the customer the equipment must be agreed with Sign A Rama in advance to ensure works are carried out in line with all healthy and safety regulations. Sign A Rama cannot take responsibility for additional equipment hire costs should obstructions, weather or any other issues out of Sign A Rama's control delay or prevent the completion of the job for which the vehicle is hired. All additional costs charged as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: (a) A site survey is required prior to any installation date. (b) Sign A Rama cannot complete any internal electrical works as this must be legally carried out by a certified electrician. (c) Sign A Rama will require an electrical source to be made available at the proposed fixing point for the agreed signage prior to arrival of a Sign A Rama fitter. If no source is made available for connection Sign A Rama will leave a cable for future connection by certified electrician arranged by customer. (d) External installations are subject to weather and hire equipment availability (e) Sign A Rama cannot complete signage at a height greater than 15ft without suitable height equipment. How is my order delivered if I avail of the shipping option?
Sign A Rama will contract the delivery of your signage order to a third party courier service. This company will provide an overnight service.
Your goods will be delivered by 6.00 p.m. the following working day*.
*Definition of Working Day' A measurement of time that typically refers to any day in which normal business is conducted. This is generally considered to be Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.
On delivery, proof of delivery is captured for each parcel. This will be the signature of the recipient. A proof of delivery system provides you and us with proof of delivery information, which will be available online using a tracking code.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Sign A Rama have no control over time of delivery once the goods have been collected by the third party courier service. The third party courier service is committed to a 24hr delivery from day of collection of goods. We will notify you when your goods have been dispatched.
Can I return my signage order if I change my mind?
No, under the Consumer Rights Directive, you do not have a right to return customised goods. http://www.consumerhelp.ie/your-rights-online
Do I get a refund if my goods are not delivered?
If the third party delivery service cannot deliver your package(s) due to their own negligence or the items are lost and damaged. Sign A Rama will reproduce your order and deliver at a later date.

Do I get a refund if my items are faulty?

If you have examined your order as directed by Sign A Rama and In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect package(s), please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery note, take photo evidence and contact Sign A Rama at (01) 8623852 immediately.
A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

How do I make a payment?
Sign A Rama offer an ecommerce ‘shop online’ facility. At present the only method of payment accepted on signarama.ie are smart cards i.e. Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards. Alternatively, you may wish to:
