Aluminum Panel Sign
Description
Produced using flat metal panels, generally from the more popular 3mm aluminium composite sheeting. 2mm aluminium solid metal sheeting will be selected if the sign panels require powder coating to achieve a particular RAL or a heavier sheeting is more suitable. Either option will be finished with vinyl or 3D lettering or both to face in the design agreed with the customer. A flat surface will give best result as all fixings will be secured through the face. A Signarama team member can talk you through the ideal options, a site survey will be carried out prior to production to review the surface and collect dimensions.

timber surface, add of the panel adds to the overall
anesthetics
Negatives:
If the fixing surface is not 100% flat a dimple effect can
appear in the face of the panel around the fixings secured
into the face of the metal panel
